Information You Provide
- Qualification Form: Name, email address, phone number, marital status, approximate net worth range, business ownership status, property ownership details, planning objectives, and referral source.
- Waitlist Signup: First name, last name, and email address (collected via our waitlist form prior to launch).
- Estate Risk Scan Booking: Name, email address, phone number, and payment information (processed by LawPay — we do not store credit card numbers).
- Engagement Communications: Any information you provide through our client portal, email, phone, or in-person meetings during the course of an engagement.
Information Collected Automatically
- Analytics: We use Plausible Analytics, a privacy-focused analytics service that does not use cookies, does not track individual users, and does not collect personal information. Plausible collects aggregate, anonymous data about page views, referral sources, and geographic regions. No personal data is collected or stored by our analytics provider.
- Server Logs: Our hosting and network provider (Cloudflare) may collect standard server logs including IP addresses, browser type, and access times. These logs are used for security and performance monitoring only and are not linked to personal information.
Information We Do NOT Collect
- We do not use tracking cookies.
- We do not use retargeting or remarketing pixels.
- We do not use Facebook Pixel, Google Analytics, or similar tracking tools.
- We do not sell or share data with advertising networks.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your personal information for the following purposes:
- Qualification assessment: To determine whether our structured estate planning services are appropriate for your situation.
- Service delivery: To provide the legal services described in your engagement agreement.
- Communication: To respond to your inquiries, schedule meetings, send engagement documents, and provide status updates.
- Email sequences: To send transactional emails related to your intake, engagement, and post-signing follow-up. These emails are sent through Zoho Mail (and our self-hosted automation tooling) on behalf of the Firm.
- Conflict checking: To verify that no conflicts of interest exist before accepting a new matter.
- Legal compliance: To comply with applicable laws, regulations, and professional obligations.

Each third-party service has its own privacy policy. We select services that maintain appropriate security and privacy standards. We do not share your information with any third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.
5. Data Retention
- Qualification form data (non-clients): Retained for 2 years after submission, then deleted unless you become a client.
- Client engagement data: Retained for the duration required by Delaware professional responsibility rules and applicable law. The Firm retains closed client files for a minimum of 6 years after the conclusion of the matter.
- Analytics data: Plausible retains anonymous aggregate data only. No personal data is retained.
- Email communication logs: Retained for the duration of the client relationship plus 6 years.
6. Data Security
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your personal information, including:
- Encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS) for all Website communications
- Secure, access-controlled systems for client data storage
- Third-party service providers selected for compliance with industry security standards
- Attorney-client privilege protections for all engagement-related communications
No method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access: Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
- Correction: Request correction of inaccurate personal information.
- Deletion: Request deletion of your personal information, subject to our legal and professional retention obligations.
